- Gold Plan - $50.00 - Provides unlimited emails, phone calls, and faxing for a problem that is estimated to take up to 7 days to resolve.
- Platinum Plan - $100.00 - Provides unlimited emails, phone calls, and faxing for a problem that will take over 7 days to resolve, specifically includes any and all insurance company appeals that can take up to 3 months to resolve.
